Plateau House & Flat
For this renovation we reimagined the layout and removed several walls, creating seamless flow from the entryway, to the new open plan living area, and through to the back of the house.
We installed a new kitchen, bathroom and laundry, as well as reworking the stairwell and flooring to complement the stylish interiors.
Extra large windows overlooking the pool immediately draws the eye outside, and fills the space with natural light. Skylights were also installed to add afternoon warmth to the home.
A mini renovation of an existing garage transformed this unusable area into a chic and highly functional Granny Flat that serves as a valuable asset to the property. We added a living area with a kitchenette, bedroom with wardrobe, bathroom, and a private outdoor entertaining area.
