See-Change Constructions is a Northern Beaches based building company specialising in custom homes, renovations, extensions, and outdoor living spaces across Sydney.
Originally established by Richard Arena in 1990, the business has built a strong reputation for quality workmanship, reliability, and attention to detail over more than 35 years in the industry.
Today, See-Change is proudly owned and operated by Tom Arena, continuing the same hands-on approach and commitment to delivering high-quality residential projects.
We work closely with homeowners, architects, and designers to create homes that are built to last, with a strong focus on communication and craftsmanship throughout every stage of the build. Much of our work comes through repeat clients and referrals, something we’re proud to have built our reputation on over the years.
