Our Story
See-Change Constructions is a Northern Beaches based construction company specialising in architecturally designed new homes and renovations. We have a wide portfolio of houses, extensions, outdoor spaces and smaller projects we have completed across Sydney.
Richard Arena established See-Change Constructions in 1990 and with over 30 years of experience in the building industry has maintained a strong local client base. Our work is predominantly from referral and repeat customers. See-Change is now owned and operated by Richard and his son Tom.
