Overlooking the ocean at Collaroy Plateau, this property was revitalised to suit the owner's family life and maximise the spectacular views. Every room was meticulously renovated, including new kitchen and living areas, bathrooms, and theatre room, as well as an updated outdoor BBQ area and deck.

 
The external façade was transformed by installing Hardwood cladding over the existing rendered walls, enclosing exposed guttering with a rendered parapet, and framing windows and doors with bold timber features.

We collaborated closely with the owners as well as sub-contractors throughout the entire process to refresh this stunning home.
